A Few House Rules
simple stuff to keep The Keystone House great for everyone
Pet friendly — with a heads up
We love a good travel dog! Get pets approved with us first. For wildlife & safety, all dogs must stay leashed at all times while outdoors.
No parties or events
It's a quiet residential lake neighborhood.
Just your party
No extra guests beyond those booked. Plans change? Tell us first.
Quiet hours · 10 PM – 8 AM
Sound carries over water — go easy on the deck & fire pit late.
No smoking indoors
Outside only, please.
Only flush toilet paper
We're on a septic system — please don't flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products or anything else. There's a trash can in each bathroom for the rest.
Exterior security cameras
For everyone's safety there's an outdoor Ring doorbell/camera and a floodlight at the front entry. They face outside only — there are never any cameras inside the home.
Treat it like home
Enjoy all of it — and treat it with care.

Good to know before you go
The pools & clubhouses are for registered guests. We register your stay with the Lake Arrowhead office ahead of time, and you'll carry a renter's card to get in — just message us if you'd like to use the clubhouses. Hours are seasonal, so it's worth a quick check with the LAC office (207-247-5239) before a pool visit.
LAC office · 207-247-5239Little Ossipee Lake
our favorite lake, minutes away — and the fishing is amazing
Just a few minutes down the road, Little Ossipee Lake is our not-so-secret favorite — a wide, clean 557-acre lake in Waterboro with room to roam. Swim, paddle, or launch a boat and spend the day on the water. There's a public beach and trails at Bob Fay Park, too.
Cast a line
It's a well-known bass hot spot — smallmouth and largemouth both thrive here — and the lake also holds landlocked salmon, lake trout, brook, brown & rainbow trout, and white perch. Bring a rod: this is some of the best fishing in the area.
Getting on the water
Public hard-top boat ramp off Route 5 on the lake's western shore, with ample parking right by the launch.
